Olympus Australia & New Zealand Cultural Awards (OAZCAs)

Olympus Australia values its employee’s contribution and strives to provide an environment that proactively manages and rewards performance. 

The Olympus Australia & New Zealand Culture Award (OAZCA) aims to recognize the efforts of an individual who has consistently displayed the Olympus Values and gone ‘Above and Beyond’.

The Awards are presented annually at the Sales & Support Conferences.  The winner of this award is eligible to participate in personal development activities up to the value of $10,000 which can be made up of a combination of the following:

• formal qualification in business relevant fields
• executive coaching
• travel to one of our international sites
• attending national/international industry conferences, workshops, symposiums

Discounts on Digital Cameras

As an employee of Olympus you are entitled to a discount on fully priced Olympus products sold by our Camera Division. 

The discount ranges between 20% to 30% of RRP and is available to employees as well as friends and family.

Employee Referral Program

At Olympus, we advertise the majority of our roles internally and provide our employees with the opportunity to refer external candidates they know will fit with the Olympus Culture. 

The Employee Referral program comes with a generous Award payment on the successful placement of a candidate and has proven very successful for both Olympus and its employees.

Sales & Support Conferences

At Olympus we provide our staff with the opportunity to network with colleagues from around Australia and New Zealand. 

The conference allows time away from the business to participate in team building activities, company updates and a more serious side in setting strategies for the forthcoming period. 

Each year the conference is held in a luxurious location including an overnight stay. 

A highlight of the conference is a formal awards dinner where nominees for the Olympus Australia and New Zealand Cultural Award (OAZCA) are recognized and the winner announced. 

Employee Assistance Program

Olympus recognizes that employees can experience difficult times personally or professionally that can impact the health and happiness of our people. 

As such there is an Employee Assistance Program which provides employee’s access to trained counsellors and an opportunity to discuss issues concerning them in a safe and confidential environment.
