The unit facilitates image capture and video recording of procedures. It can be integrated into an existing PACS system via a DICOM inteface. Furthermore, HL7 compatibility enables integration with the Hospital Information System.

The unit contains full integration with the Olympus Surgical, ENT & Urology camera towers allowing for remote image capture and video recording to be triggered via an allocated button on the camera head.

Integration within the hospital network and into an existing PACS system via a DICOM interface is also supported. Finally, integration with the Hospital Information is also possible with the unit supporting the HL7 protocol.
