We are in the midst of an exciting new phase so need talented people who can grow with us. Read on to find out what you can expect from our recruitment process, or click on open positions below to view and apply for roles we currently have available.
We want all candidates to have the best possible experience when applying for a role with us. Here is what you can typically expect once you submit an application.
1. Phone screen
If you have what we're looking for, one of our recruiters will give you a quick and friendly phone call to learn a little more about you and your fit for the role. It's also your opportunity to learn more about us.
2. First interview or assessment centre
Our recruiters will organise an interview (usually with the hiring manager and recruiter) to hone into your skills, experience and what you can bring to the role at Olympus.
Depending on the role, in some cases you may be invited to attend an assessment centre in lieu of a first interview.
3. Technical assessment (for technical roles only)
If the first interview goes well, we'll invite you back for a technical assessment to get a better understanding of your practical skills.
4. Scenario assessment and second interview
If you're applying for a non-technical role, we've invite you in for a scenario assessment and second round interview. This is aimed at delving deeper into your skills and experience when faced with a practical situation in the role you've applied for. We'll discuss your scenario and explore some new questions. You may also meet other team members or prospective stakeholders at this interview.
5. Reference checks
All going smoothly, we'll ask you to provide a minimum of two referees, one of whom must be a previous manager.
If you're the best person for the role, this is the final stage of the recruitment process! You will then be formally offered the role and provided with a contract of employment and onboarding information.
