At Olympus, we work hard to make people’s lives healthier, safer, and more fulfilling, and now more than ever we're determined to show our commitment to supporting those in the frontline of the pandemic.
As such, we are pleased to introduce a new offering to support our medical customers with their urgent technical issues. This new option simply plugs into our existing customer operation number and is now available exclusively to support urgent medical technical queries.
What do you need to do to access it?
It's simple, if you are calling from Australia dial 1300 132 992 and choose option 4. For those calling from New Zealand, dial 0508 6596 787 and choose option 4.
Your call will then be directed straight through to one of our friendly Field Service Engineers who are on-call and available Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 5pm, across Australia and New Zealand.
At a time when dealing with your technical issues on-site is becoming more challenging, this service aims to provide support to facilitate remote resolution of your issues as quickly as possible, and as often as possible.
